Guide
To meet your your needs and adapt to your practicewe offer you two types of wrist bands :
wrist bands wristbands and rigid rigid.
Soft wrist straps allow slight wrist flexion.
Rigid wrist bands completely immobilize the wrist.
Our belts are available in three different sizes:
- Size S measures 40 centimetres. Perfect for all bodybuilding practices.
- Size M measures 60 centimetres. It is ideal for multi-joint exercises in bodybuilding and strength sports.
- Size L measures 1 meter. It is specially designed for movements where wrists are subjected to heavy strain.
If you're just starting out, we recommend soft bands in size M, a standard choice that combines versatility and performance.
Maintenance

We recommend washing your wristbands by hand with water or a mild detergent.
