How to take your measurements?
Take these measurements with your legs extended:
1 - Measure the part in the center of your patella.
2- Measure the thickest part of your calf.
If your calf measures more than 4 cm than the circumference of your kneecap, take the size above.
If this is your first time buying SBD knee pads, we recommend you start with the classics right here.
If you've already used the classics, we recommend that you go one size up from your usual size.

Maintenance
We recommend that you hand wash your kneepads with water or a mild detergent compatible with neoprene
and then let them air dry.
The washing machine as well as the dryer can damage your kneepads and cause potential shrinkage.
