SHIPPING POLICY

SBD France delivers in France and in all overseas territories.

Delivery is offered from 120 € of purchase (in France only).

SBD France ships orders within 2 business days from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, festive periods and new collections where delays can be longer up to 4 business days.

Delivery will be made by Chronopost within 2 working days. If for any reason, SBD France cannot honor your order, the customer service will inform you personally and will propose a refund.

Overseas territories will need to count on a reception between 5 to 10 working days via Chronopost. Overseas territories may be subject to customs fees. By ordering on SBD France, the customer acknowledges and accepts the assumption of these taxes at his expense.

The delivery of orders can sometimes go beyond the communicated deadlines due to unforeseen events linked to political, social or sanitary conditions or to logistic problems.

SBD France apologizes in advance for these delays and for the delays caused by the delivery services.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (opened package, damaged package...) must be imperatively indicated to the customer service of SBD France with proof of photos on the day of delivery and receipt of the package so that a claim can be made to the services of Chronopost.

Attention, it is also quite possible that these anomalies are due to the customs services. In these cases, a customs notification will be visible on the package. In all cases, SBD France declines any form of responsibility.

The delivery information you provide to SBD France must be complete, accurate and up to date.
A tracking number will be communicated by email to the customer as soon as the order has been processed. The tracking of deliveries can be checked online on the carrier's website.

If an error is made in the delivery information, SBD France cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages, delays or returns to sender.
You are invited to contact Chronopost in order to correct the shipping address and ensure delivery.
If the package is returned to SBD France, the order can be shipped again after correction of the address (shipping costs at your expense) or refunded (shipping costs not included). 

DELAY AND NON-DELIVERY

You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the transit status via the carrier's website.

If there is a delay or you are absent during the delivery, we invite you to approach the carrier.

If on the other hand a parcel is lost by Chronopost and not found at the end of the investigation period, SBD France will resend a parcel to the Customer at his expense. If the product(s) is (are) no longer available, SBD France will propose a refund to the customer (including shipping costs).
