HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS ?

2. Print the email received after validation of the form

3. Attach the printed form to your package

4. Drop off your parcel at the post office and return it to the following address:

Packages sent to a relay point will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items.
After this period, SBD France will not refund you. Items must be returned in perfect condition: new, unworn, unwashed and labelled in their original packaging.
SBD France reserves the right neither to exchange nor refund items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used during training, as these items cannot be put back on sale.

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

All exchanges and refunds will be made within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
from the time SBD France receives the return package. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the one used to place the order.
