HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS ?

2. Print the email received after validation of the form

3. Attach the printed form to your package

4. Drop off your package at the post office and send it back to the following address

Packages sent to a relay point will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return your items.
After this period, SBD France will not proceed to any refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition: new, unworn, unwashed and labeled in their original packaging.
SBD France reserves the right to neither exchange nor reimburse items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used during training as these items cannot be put back on sale.

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

All exchanges and refunds will be made within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)
from the time SBD France has received the return package. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
