How to take your measurements?
Take these measurements with legs straight and muscles relaxed:
1 - Measure the part in the center of your patella.
2 - Measure the thickest part of your calf.
If your calf measures more than 4 cm than the circumference of your kneecap, take the size above.
If you are new to wearing SBD knee pads, we recommend that you choose the recommended size.
If you want a tighter fit suitable for weightlifting and crossfit squats,
it is possible to choose one size down.

Which knee pads to choose?
We offer three types of knee pads: weightlifting pads , classic knee pads and strength pads.
They are designed to enhance performance and minimize the risk of injury.
Weightlifting knee pads are made from 5 mm neoprene. They are ideal for dynamic, wide-range movements in weightlifting, bodybuilding and crossfit.
Classic knee braces are made from 7 mm neoprene and are specifically designed for powerlifting squats for beginner to intermediate athletes, or for any bodybuilder who frequently does heavy squats.
Strength knee pads are made from 7 mm neoprene. They are stiffer than conventional knee pads and are specifically designed for squat training in this discipline for intermediate to advanced competitive athletes.
Maintenance
We recommend washing your knee pads by hand with water or a mild neoprene-compatible detergent then let them air-dry. The washing machine and tumble dryer can damage your knee pads and cause shrinkage.
