How to take your measurements?
Take these measurements with legs straight and muscles relaxed:
1 - Measure the part in the center of your kneecap.
2 - Measure the thickest part of your calf.
If your calf measures more than 4 cm than the circumference of your kneecap, take the size above.
If you are new to wearing SBD knee pads, we recommend that you choose the recommended size.

How do you put on your knee pads?
1 - Fold your kneepads in half
2 - Check the right side ( R ) and the left side ( R ). side ( L ) on the label
3 - Pass your ankle
4 - Pull them down
5 - Pull them up to below your knees
6 - Unfold them

Which knee pads to choose?
We offer three types of kneepads: weightlifting, classic and strength.
They are designed to enhance performance and minimize the risk of injury .
Weightlifting knee pads are made from 5 mm neoprene. They are ideal for dynamic, wide-range movements. Recommended for: Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Crossfit, Physical preparation, Strongman.
Classic* knee pads are made from 7 mm neoprene and are specifically designed for squat training. Recommended for : Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Crossfit, Physical preparation, Strongman, Streetlifting.
*The 2024 version improves on the original 2013 edition with a tougher, more comfortable lining, anti-microbial odor coating, reinforced seams for added durability, and updated SBD logo.
Strength knee pads are made from 7 mm neoprene. They are stiffer than conventional knee pads and are specifically designed for heavy squat competition. Recommended for : Powerlifting, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Streetlifting, Strongman.

Maintenance
We recommend washing your knee pads by hand with water or a mild neoprene-compatible detergent then let them air-dry. The washing machine and tumble dryer can damage your knee pads and cause shrinkage.
