How to take your measurements?
Take these measurements with arms straight and muscles relaxed:
1 - Measure the circumference of your forearm just below your elbow
2 - Measure the lower part of your biceps just above your elbow
If you fall between two sizes, we advise you to choose the smaller one.

Maintenance
We recommend that you hand wash your elbow pads with water or a mild detergent compatible with neoprene
and then let them air dry.
The washing machine and dryer can damage your elbow pads and cause potential shrinkage.
