How do I contact customer service?

It is available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm excluding holidays.
An answer will be sent to you within 72 hours.

How can I apply for sponsorship or partnership or partnership?

For all sponsorship or partnership requests, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
We will examine your requests and get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the delivery destinations?

SBD France delivers to mainland France and all overseas territories.

Shipping is free for purchases of €100 or more, and only for metropolitan France via a relay point.

Overseas territories may be subject to customs duties. By ordering from SBD France, the customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she will be responsible for these taxes at his/her own expense.

When will my order be shipped?

SBD France commits to ship orders within 2 business days from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, new collections and festive periods where delays can be longer up to 4 business days.

When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been dispatched, here are the delivery times for the various options:

1. Colissimo en Point Retrait: Your parcel will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
2.DHL Express: Your parcel will be delivered to your home the next day, from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

Please note that for overseas territories, receipt of your parcel via Colissimo may take between 5 and 10 working days.

The delivery of orders may sometimes exceed the times communicated due to unforeseen events linked to political, social or health conditions, or to logistical problems. SBD France apologizes in advance for these delays and for any inconvenience caused to delivery services.

Where is my order?

You will find your tracking number in the shipment confirmation e-mail. You can also find your orders and tracking number in your SBD France account.

I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

We invite you to contact the carrier with your tracking number.
You can also inform SBD France at the following e-mail address: [email protected]

What should I do if I have the wrong delivery address?

The information you provide to SBD France when placing an order must be complete, accurate
and up to date. If this is not the case, SBD France cannot be held responsible for undelivered, delayed or returned parcels.

You are invited to contact the carrier's customer service department to correct the shipping address and ensure delivery.

How do I return or exchange my items?

1. Remplissez le formulaire retour et échanges disponible sur cette page.
2. Imprimez l’email reçu après validation du formulaire.
3. Joignez le formulaire imprimé à votre colis.
4. Déposez votre colis auprès de la poste et renvoyez le colis à l’adresse suivante :
BTZ SPORT, 200 chemin du Rieucoulon, 34430 SAINT-JEAN-DE-VEDAS.
5. Conservez la preuve de dépôt et le numéro de suivi.

Please note: You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return your items. Beyond that time, SBD France will not proceed to any refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition: new, unworn, unwashed and labeled in their original packaging.
SBD France reserves the right to neither exchange nor refund items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used during training as these items cannot be put back on sale.

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

What are the exchange, return and refund times?

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return your items.
After this period, SBD France will not proceed to any refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition: new, unworn, unwashed and labeled in their original packaging.
SBD France reserves the right to neither exchange nor reimburse items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used during training as these items cannot be put back on sale.

All exchanges and refunds will be made within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)
from the time SBD France has received the return package.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

SBD France apologizes in advance for this error and invites you to contact the SAV: [email protected]
with your order number and the photo of the item received in error.
A refund or an exchange will be possible. SBD France will take care of all shipping costs. 

I received a defective product. What should I do?

All SBD Apparel products undergo a rigorous quality control process. We expect our products to meet the highest standards and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 1 year. In the event of non-conformity, SBD France will refund or exchange the item(s) and cover all shipping costs. SBD France apologizes in advance for any inconvenience. The customer should contact the after-sales service at [email protected], enclosing the order reference and a photo of the defect.

What features are available in my account?

With your SBD France account, you can perform the following actions: consult your orders, track the delivery status of your parcels, access your invoices, check the balance of your gift cards, update your billing and delivery address, and manage your payment options.
