What are the delivery destinations?
SBD France delivers in Metropolitan France and in all overseas territories.
Shipping fees are offered from 120 € of purchase only for Metropolitan France.
Overseas territories may be subject to customs fees. By ordering on SBD France, the customer recognizes and accepts the assumption of these taxes at his expense.
When will my order be shipped?
SBD France commits to ship orders within 2 business days from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, new collections and festive periods where delays can be longer up to 4 business days.
When will my order be delivered?
You will be delivered within 2 working days by Chronopost once your order has been shipped, excluding public holidays in metropolitan France. Overseas territories will have to count a reception between 5 to 10 working days via colissimo.
The delivery of orders may sometimes go beyond the deadlines communicated due to unforeseen events related to political, social, health or logistical problems.
SBD France apologizes in advance for these delays and for the delays caused by the delivery services.
Where is my order?
You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

You must complete the exchange and return form accessible by clicking here.
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return your items.
After this period, SBD France will not proceed to any refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition: new, unworn, unwashed and labeled in their original packaging.
SBD France reserves the right to neither exchange nor refund items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used during training, as these items cannot be put back on sale.
Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

The information you provide to SBD France when ordering must be complete, accurate
and up to date. If this is not the case, SBD France cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages, delays or returns to sender.
You are invited to contact CHRONOPOST in order to correct the shipping address and ensure delivery.
How do I return or exchange my items?
1. Fill in the return and exchange form available on this page.
2. print the email received after validation of the form.
3. Attach the printed form to your package.
4. Drop off your package at the post office and send it back to the following address:

5. Keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number.

A refund or an exchange will be possible. SBD France will take care of all shipping costs.
I received a defective product. What should I do?
All SBD Apparel products undergo a rigorous quality control process.
We expect our products to meet the highest standards and guarantee
our products against manufacturing defects. However, in the event of non-conformity and defective items, SBD France will refund or exchange the items and will cover all shipping costs. SBD France apologizes in advance for this inconvenience. The customer should contact the SAV: [email protected]
with the reference of the order and the picture of the defect.
