📅 Dates and venue :

When: April 5 and 6, 2025
Where: Parc des Expositions - Montpellier
Number of participants : Limited to 30 places

📋 Registration conditions :

Competition open to all, whatever your level.

Registration closes on March 8, 2025 at 11:59 pm (deadline for withdrawal with refund).

🏆 Proceedings and awards :

Athletes will be ranked and rewarded using the points system.

The male and female winners who will be SBD ambassadors will be the best male and female in the OPEN category, regardless of the stage on which the athlete competed (prime time or not).

Categories :

Men's :
- OPEN: No weight limit.
- U105: Under 105 kg.
- U90: Under 90 kg.
- U80: Under 80 kg.

Women's :
- OPEN: No weight limit.
- U82: Under 82 kg.
- U73: Under 73 kg.
- U64: Under 64 kg.

3 events :
- Log Lift - Maximum repetitions in 1 minute
- Deadlift Max (Max deadlift)
- Yoke Walk - 10-meter round trip
