What are the differences between SBD straps?
 SBD straps come in two styles: classic straps and figure-8 straps. Both styles are designed with our exclusive weaving technique that offers superior strength to nylon, while ensuring the comfort and softness of cotton. Classic straps are available in one size fits all, and can be adjusted to your preferred tightness around the wrists and bar. The 8-shaped straps come in three fixed sizes, so you can choose the one that best suits your hand.Â
Which SBD straps to choose?
Our straps offer a solid grip for all pulling movements. Our classic straps are versatile and suitable for a variety of exercises and general training. The 8-shaped straps are specially designed for deadlifting and strongman training. They use our patented design to wrap firmly around the wrist, offering secure attachment to the bar. This security allows the athlete to release the arms, reducing tension on the biceps and maximizing the efficiency of the movement, whether for maximum strength or to achieve more reps.
Maintenance
We recommend hand-washing the straps with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, then leaving them to air-dry.
