Claims for damage caused during transport, delivery errors and non-deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within five days of the scheduled delivery date.

We do not accept any liability for shortages, non-deliveries,
incorrect goods or damaged goods when delivered outside the specified time limits. Except in the case of extenuating circumstances which would have prevented delivery on time.
